What's included in the free trial?

Every tool can be tried before you buy: a free 3-minute trial session on the real product interface, requested from any product page — no card needed. It lands on your account in minutes. Full access comes with any purchase: three runs or attempts of every product you buy.

How close is it to the real test?

Each product mirrors its real assessment — the same format, timing and question styles you'll meet on the day. The solvers work like the real Ecosystem and Sea Wolf tools; the simulations run the same timed, server-scored flow. We're an independent prep service: realistic practice, not the official test.

What if it doesn't work — is there a refund guarantee?

Yes. Prepare with the McKinsey bundle, use every tool in it, and if McKinsey rejects you and your score is below the 8th decile, you get a full refund — requested within 30 days of purchase. It covers McKinsey bundle purchases only: read the terms.

How do the runs work?

Everything lives on your account. A purchase unlocks instantly — three runs or attempts per product. Confirm the entry prompt and one run is consumed; re-run freely within that open session. Buy a single tool, a firm bundle, or mix any combination at checkout — consumed runs never come back.

Do my runs expire?

Yes — every tool is a web app: no install, any modern browser, including tablets and phones. For the timed simulations and video interviews a laptop or desktop with keyboard, camera and microphone is closest to real assessment conditions — we'd recommend one for full runs.

Does my data leave my browser?

Your answers are never sold or shared. The two classic solvers (Ecosystem Solver and Sea Wolf Solver) do their solving in your browser and save results to your account; timed simulations are scored server-side and produce AI feedback reports; video recordings are uploaded for transcription and scoring.
